3. Project Estimates & Pricing

All cost estimates provided on the website or via consultation are indicative in nature. Final pricing depends on:

• Material selection & brand preferences
• Design changes requested by client
• Government approvals & compliance requirements

Any additional work beyond agreed scope shall be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

6. Material & Work Quality

We use standard quality construction materials as agreed in contract. Any client-requested brand upgrades may increase project cost. Warranty (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the agreement.
